Saturday & Sunday, February 20 & 21
10:00 AM–5:00 PM
The premiere of the bi-annual Glenna Hartmann Invitational Fine Art Exhibition & Sale will be held in the picturesque seaside community of Santa Barbara at the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History on Saturday and Sunday, February 20 and 21, 2010.
Honoring the late Glenna Hartmann, nearly 60 of California’s top landscape artists (including Whitney Abbott, John Comer, Dennis Doheny, Ray Hunter, Dan Pinkham, Camille Prezwodek, Scott Prior, Peggi Kroll Roberts, and more) have created 100 new works of art to be sold to help support two of Glenna's beloved nonprofit organizations: The Nature Conservancy and Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History.
This event is one of the finest art exhibitions created on the West Coast and begins with an invite-only reception with the artists on Friday, February 19. Reception tickets are $50/person, and each ticket includes an admission pass for Saturday and Sunday, February 20 and 21 to both the exhibition and Museum.
General exhibition entrance is included with Museum admission. Parking is free.
Proceeds benefit the science education programs at the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History and The Nature Conservancy program on Santa Cruz Island.
