Medication Protocol and Forms
All medications, both over-the-counter and prescription, must be cleared by the camper’s guardian. Additionally, all prescription mededication to be administered during the camp day must be cleared by a physician. Permission forms for over-the-counter and prescription medicine, as well as the required release form, may be downloaded here.
