 Superpowers! at the Sea Center

Faster than a speeding bullet! More powerful than an ocean wave! Able to disappear before your eyes! Look! In the tank! It's an eel?! It's a fish?! It’s…Superpowers!

Yes, sea creatures with super, extraordinary adaptations, far beyond those of mortal humans! Yet despite their incredible powers and abilities, these amazing marine animals rely on the real super heroes – humans disguised as everyday people – to protect them from the most dangerous villains.

Humans have the power to change the course of ghastly harmful habits, and to fight the never-ending battle for good ocean health, noble stewardship, and the sustainable way on land and sea! Will you be the next super hero?

Exhibition entrance included with Sea Center admission. Get a membership to the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History and enjoy free admission to both the Museum and Sea Center, and free tickets to daytime Planetarium shows at the Museum. General Sea Center Admission: Members free; Non-members $8/adult, $7/senior, $7/teen, $5/child.
