Take a Sneak Peek Tour

An engrossing, hands-on exhibit featuring boogers, burps, body odors and more-GROSSOLOGY
is a larger-than-life exhibit that will answer visitors' questions about why the human body does the gross things it does. Children and parents alike are bound to have a "fan-GAS-tic" experience.

  • Step through a giant mouth with lips and a tongue, and learn some gross trivia from Her Grossness.
  • Ahhh...Chooo! Do you know what causes runny noses, sneezes and allergies? Ask Nigel Nose-it-All, and bewareof the snotball.
  • Climb a 9-foot human skin wall covered with zits, warts, moles, and other skin blemishes.
  • Help a larger-than-life character drink soda from a 3-foot pop can so he can make a giant burp.
  • Pretend to be a surgeon and learn about your body parts as you play an oversized version of the famous game Operation.
  • See what happens to the food you chew after you swallow it. Where does it all go?
  • Pretend to be a kidney and learn how to make pee(a.k.a. urine).
  • Also known as "barf" or "throw-up," play the vomit game and see if you can make the character barf.
  • Remember "scratch-n-sniff" stickers? This station will give you a chance to smell and identify body odors from the arm pits, mouth or feet.
  • Learn about the physics of passing gas-a.k.a. farting or tooting.
  • Test your Grossology IQ. How much do you know about the gross things your body does?
