Assist the Museum's Director of Facilities and Executive Director in coordinating activities related to our Master Planning process. Coordinate communications between Museum management, Master Planning Committee, architects, engineers, city planners, and other consultants and participants. Part Time Sea Center Interpreter The Interpreter will oversee the day to day operations of exhibit areas of the Sea Center, including ensuring adequate exhibit staffing, monitoring exhibits, assisting with volunteer supervision, ensuring quality customer service, ensuring cleanliness standards, and monitoring safety issues. The Interpreter serves on the floor and interacts with the visitors, in addition to running and developing programs. Visitor Services-Mission Creek campus We are seeking enthusiastic, well-organized and congenial part-time people to work in our fast-paced admissions office, as well as the Museum's retail store. Specific duties and responsibilities include answering the phone, greeting visitors, opening and distributing the mail, processing cash receipts, store sales and providing administrative support to all departments. The environment is positive and this is a fun job for the individual with superior communication skills and the ability to multi task.
