After school classes at the Museum

Registration now open!

All afterschool classes are offered at the Museum campus.  Each week, we will be alternating on-site and off-site visits for nature inspired classes for the 6, 7 or 8 week sessions facilitated by an instructor.

Nature Adventures ™ Winter Class Theme: Biomimcy

Discover the science behind some fairy tale favorites. Build a “huff and puff” proof structure. Plant a bean seed to see how fast it grows. Take an up-close look at the stars and learn how each culture has a story about them. Each week participants engage in activities that are inspired by a classic story.
