Science Pub From Home: Earth Science Field Trip

At Zoom

February 8, 2021 / 6:30 PM–7:30 PM

Remember the excitement of field trip day? Recapture your childhood sense of wonder in a special edition of Science Pub From Home. Just bring your curiosity and imagination, and School & Teacher Services Manager Charlotte Zeamer, Ph.D., will take you on a virtual field trip to the Museum and beyond. Sample some of the planetary and earth sciences stories we’re sharing in programs that are getting rave reviews from teachers and students. Take a trip to the center of the Earth, travel back in deep time to the birth of our home planet, and more. Get ready to ask questions; this isn’t an ordinary lecture! Our journey will show us how our Earth and the life it supports are deeply connected. We’ll talk about ways we can work to keep that life and the planet in sync, for the good of our natural world and our shared future.

Join our fun and friendly conversation, and quench your thirst for knowledge about science and nature. Like our real-life venue Dargan’s, this Zoom webinar is free, but has limited capacity.
