Celebrate astronomy with space-themed fun for all ages! Enjoy science demonstrations by UCSB Physics Circus and the Museum’s Astronomy Programs staff. Talk with experts and enthusiasts of all ages from Las Cumbres Observatory, the Santa Barbara Astronomical Unit, and the Central Coast’s Girl Scout Astronomy Club. Make constellation crafts and safely observe the Sun through solar telescopes at Palmer Observatory, weather permitting. Visit our Space Sciences exhibit to learn more about the solar system and beyond. Bring your family, friends, and a sense of wonder—we can’t wait to celebrate the universe with you.

Want to join us for a show in Gladwin Planetarium? We're putting on four shows during Astro Fest: 10:30, 11:00, and 11:30 AM; and noon. Tickets are available at the planetarium 20 minutes before each showtime. Seats are first-come, first-served, with no late entry.

Astro Fest and planetarium tickets are included with Museum admission, Members are always free. Reservations are recommended.
